We publish customised Newsletters and Company magazines for local businesses in the East Midlands. You choose how often your Company Newsletter appears, and you choose the content.

The Newsletters are given away or sold to your Company’s clients, to keep them updated on what’s happening, new product lines, special offers, and so on. Each newsletter contains vouchers for your clients to redeem against special offers; a great way to promote a certain product line, to encourage business in a slow season, and to showcase specific goods and services.

Here’s how it works

Every month, we produce themed newsletters for businesses throughout the region. In every newsletter, one or two pages are dedicated to news about the company whose newsletter it is. The rest of the newsletter is made up of more general topics of interest to your company’s clients.

You choose the length of your newsletter and the articles that will go into it.

You choose the frequency with which your newsletter is published; monthly? every other month? quarterly? twice annually? It’s up to you; there’s no minimum.

to visit you at your office.

We also publish customised newsletters for charitable organisations, churches, clubs and societies.

THEMES

Some of our Themed Pages are directly related to specific industries (Garden Supplies, Health and Beauty, etc). Some are more general. The Majority of our clients choose mostly industry-related pages, with one or two more general features; however, the choice is yours. You may decide to have a very diverse collection of pages, or stick with a completely industry-related publication.

We arrange for other companies to advertise in your Company Newsletter. Advertisers are other companies offering complementary, non-competitive products to your own. It is also possible to publish your Newsletter without additional advertising. Please ask about supplementary charges for this service.

All Newsletters have an additional double-page spread of special-offer Vouchers for your Company and other advertisers in your Newsletter. The Vouchers pages are provided free of charge.

 

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

 

Minimum quantity per issue; 100 copies.

 

You choose the frequency with which your newsletter is published; monthly? every other month? quarterly? twice annually? It’s up to you; there’s no minimum.

 

Special offer; customers ordering twelve monthly newsletters per year only pay for eleven.

Deadlines

We need to receive your order by the first day of the month preceding the issue date. In other words; the order for a Magazine dated July (which will be delivered to you on or before 1st July) must reach us by 1st June.

 

Delivery

Newsletters are delivered free of charge to premises within a 10-miles radius of Nottingham or Southwell. For other delivery locations; please contact us for charges.
