The Moorgreen Country Show has been a popular Bank Holiday event for 160 years, last year attracting around 15,000 visitors over the two days. It's primarily an Agricultural Show, with livestock, a Flower Show, a Real Ale Festival and a huge variety of displays and entertainment for the family. For the second time, the Moorgreen Show 2010 will feature a Real Food Hall Marquee; an opportunity for producers and retailers of specialist Foods to sell to the public. The Real Food Hall proved enormously popular at the Show last year, with over 12000 people passing through the Marquee over the two days of the Show. Participation in the Real Food Hall is priced at £150 + VAT per Space (approximately 3m x 2.5 m). Tables, chairs and Electrical Power can be provided if required, but there is an additional charge for this. Takeaway Food Stallholders in the Real Food Hall are permitted to cook small Samples of their product, but may not sell Takeaway Food (burgers, curry, sausages, chocolate fountains etc). Takeaway Food concessions at the Moorgreen Show are organised by a third party, and we do not trespass on their territory. Participation in the Real Food Hall is by Application Form and payment in advance. We limit the numbers of each kind of food stall, so we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment. |
